Different angles and modes of exercise with control over breathing and spiritualism is Yoga. Meditation is the essence of Yoga and what other place can be better to learn and practice Yoga in the most serene and beautiful environs of Rishikesh. Morning after breakfast proceed by road to Rishikesh.Arrive and Evening visit Haridwar to witness evening rituals at the holy river Ganges.
The Ganga Aarti in Hardwar's Har-ki-Pauri is one of the famous rituals in India. It starts at around 6.30pm after sunset, with large crowds gathered around both the banks of a canal that carries the waters of Ganges. Loud speakers blare songs in praise of Ganga Maiya and Shiva.The time of Aarti sees a bustle of activity on the ghats.

After exploring the area join class for Yoga and Meditation. Return to Hotel. Afternoon free to enjoy Ayurvedic Massage. Evening discussions on Traditional Yogic diets and other cuisines to revitalise their body and soul from the daily stress at work through a healthy approach to diet and lifestyle.

Morning practice Yoga. Afternoon visit Rajaji Nationai Park for a Wildlife Safari. Briefing of Jungle discipline, animal behaviour and low impact eco - friendly outdoors.The Park has got the largest area representing Shiwalik Eco-system. The Shivalik trail is 10 million year old and very rich in fossils. It's fossils faunal remains include about 50 species of elephant, one of them is present today.
The majestic Ganges flows through the National Park for a distance of 24km, besides the innumerable streams and brooks making it rich and diverse. It offers ample opportunities to nature lovers to enjoy the captivating landscape and wildlife.
Rajaji is thickly foliated predominantly by the Rajaji is thickly foliated predominantly by the Sal Forest and a number of other forest types which include the Western Gangetic Moist and Northern dry Deciduous and Khair-Sissoo forests. Low Alluvial Savannah Woodlands cover the drier southern margins of the park, in contrast to the Shiwalik Chir-Pine on the high reaches of the hills.
The park is home to the Tiger, Leopard, Himalayan Bear, Cheetal, hog deer, barking deer, Sambar deer, wild boar, antelopes such as the Nilgai, Goral , Jackal, Hyena, Jungle Cat, Leopard Cat, Civets, Himalayan Yellow-Throated Marten, Sloth Bears, Pythons, King Cobra, Common Krait, Indian Cobra and the Monitor Lizard and above All the Asian Elephant.

Agra Fort built and renovated over the centuries, this massive fort gained recognition only during the Mughal reign. Bahai Temple (lotus temple). Also visit the
Humayun's Tomb built of red sandstone, the first substantial example of the Mughal architecture and Laxmi Narayan Temple - a modern Hindu temple built by the Birlas, leading Indian industrialists. Evening transfer to International Airport to fly back home onward destination.
