Aga Khan Palace is a great historical landmark of Pune, situated 2-km away from Bund Garden in Yerwada. Aga Khan Palace is made of Italian arches and spacious lawns. This personal palace was donated to the country in the seventies. The significance of this palace is that, Mahatma Gandhi and his wife were imprisoned here by the British. Kastur ba Gandhi died here. The palace has her mausoleum in the rear gardens.
