Chattar Manzil is a palace about which very little is known. The construction of this magnificent building was started by Gazi Haider and was completed by his son in the later years. Why were they built and how the name was attached to it are the facts no one knows. There is a huge basement which has flowing water of the Gomti River which make the basement immensely cool. Today it houses the Medical research body.
