The Rani Durgavati Museum is located in the heart of the city. The museum houses artifacts and a fine collection of sculptures and even pre historic relics are on display. The museum has been dedicated to the valour of the great Gond queen Rani Durgavati who sacrificed her life for her freedom, fighting against the Mughals.
