TERMS:
- Advance: Full payment with 24 hrs cut off (Time Limit 5 p.m. following day.
- Cancellation- Apex Gold-one night retention. Apex Silver-50% of one night as retention. Summer Escape-no retention if cancelled 3 days in advance Less than 3 days -one night retention.
- Postponement On both Apex Offers - No change in arrival dates. Booking will be treated as cancelled and fresh booking made. Cancellation clause will apply. For Summer Escape change of dates possible without extra charges.
- Rates : incl of Taxes & 2 way Coach Airport transfers
- Child-5 Yrs. 12 yrs Supplement :Extra Bed Rs 600/-.Meals-Rs 500 per day.
- Extra pax -Above 12 yrs only in Lagoon Suite. Not allowed in Pavilion Room.
- Tennis/Golf/Spa/Water Sports: 20% Discount.
- Short Stay Charge: Two Nights Prorata rate One Night 20% supplement on above rates More than 3 Nights Prorata rate
- Long Stay Value: 7 Nights continuously:1 Night Free.(Room only free).
- Meals and Beverage options will either be for all guests in the room or none. Not possible to handle situations like AP Rate for one person and AP+B rate for 2nd person in the same room on double occupancy.
- Beverage Brands-Premium India Brands like Royal Challenge Whisky, Smirnoff Vodka, Bacardi& Old Monk Rum, Gilbeys Gin, Castle Larger Beer and Cocktails will be served between 12 noon and 2 PM and 6 PM and 9 PM at Yali Lounge only.
- Regular Meal Supplement Rates for those on Room only package- Breakfast-Rs 350/-; Lunch-Rs 450/-; Dinner-Rs 550/-.Incl of Taxes. All on Buffet . A La Carte chargeable on Menu Rates
- Sight seeing: Half Day from 1300 hrs-South Goa till Panjim- Rs. 150/- per pax. Above 5 years - full charge. Below 5 years if not occupying a seat - No charge.
- Club suites - @ 10% Discount on Rack Rate.
- Royal Villa - Rs 20,000 per night including breakfast and taxes. Refer to Royal escape@ The Leela Package.
- Rates Applicable to Indians and Foreigners with valid work permits in India. Separate USD Rates available for Foreigners under Summer Escape @ The Leela Package, Royal Escape @ The Leela Package and Summer Bliss -International Packages.
- Check in 1400 Hrs. Check out 1200 Hrs.
- Airline inclusive packages also available with Jet Airways, Air Sahara, Indian Airlines and Air Deccan.
- Rates effective 16th June to 15th October 2005 available on Request under Monsoon Escape @ The Leela.
- Package does not include 4.8% Government taxes on entire bill.
