• Accommodation on twin sharing basis at all places in A-class Hotels (3 star) in Leh, Swiss Camps, Deluxe Resort, Deluxe Houseboats, Guest Houses as applicable to the itinerary.

• Rates applicable for: Trip prices mentioned above are applicable strictly for resident Indian citizens only.
• Validity: Prices are valid from 1st April 2005 till 15th October 2006.
• Minimum Pax: Trips are materialized subject to minimum 2 pax together.
• Trip Reservation: All trip reservations are confirmed with full payment in advance prior to commencement of the trip. Booking must be made well in advance to avoid non-availability of hotel rooms due to high season.
• Payment: We accept payments either by Cash/ Drafts/ DD or AMEX Credit Card .
• Cancellation: We must receive notice of cancellation in writing 3 weeks prior to start of the tour. Please be advised that Ladakh has a very short tourist season and services are booked well in advance. Last minute cancellation can be charge accordingly.
• Trip Refund: No refund will be made for any unused services or arrangements as per the itinerary. For example- the meals not consumed at the hotels will not be refunded and the same cannot be deleted for refunds. To let you try many of the good restaurants in Leh, our hotel nights in Leh and Srinagar are based on Breakfast & Dinner basis. However you will have the option to have lunch instead of dinner.
• Our Responsibility: Liability and Extra Costs: We reserve the right to make any changes in the itinerary as per the prevailing conditions and the same shall be done keeping the clients informed about the possible amendments. We shall not be responsible for any additional expenses caused due to bad weather, flight cancellation, road blocks, illness, accident, strikes etc. We should not be held responsible for any unforeseen conditions beyond our control.
