Mountain Club is located in the area's most beautiful location, The June Estate. The Estate used to be the Britishers' most sought after destination for holidays during the Raj Time. Mountain Club is surrounded by the dense Oak forest stretching out miles from the door of the Club. The view of the Bhimtal is famous for it's beautiful lake, serene beauty and picturesque mountains. The surrounded forest is extremely rich in the Himalayan Wildlife and the various birds of the high altitudes. There are several treks leading ITom the dense forest to the surrounding lakes. Day trips to all these points can easily be arranged from the Mountain Club.

| Terms & Condition |
- The Booking I Reservation shall be confinned from the corporate office
after the receipt of full payment in advance.
- No bookings Ireservations shall be entertained below the rates decided as
above.
- The rates for room I Package are for two persons on twin sharing basis.
- Any additional night will be charged on pro-rata basis.
- Children below 5 years is free and child between 5 to 12 staying in same room
shall be charged 50% (with extra bed).
- Cancellation: 90% amount room rent I Package cost refunded before 30 days of
arrival date at resort. 50% room rent I package will be refunded 15days of
arrival date and 25% room rent Ipackage will be
Refunded 7days of arrival date at resort. No refund in any case for
cancellation with in 7 days of arrival date at resort.
- Proponement / postponement of any booking will be treated as cancellation an
liable for cancellation charges as mentioned above.
- Any delay or cancellation of hotel booking on account of cancellation of
flights or anyother transport arrangement due. to bad weather or other natural
cause will be liable for cancellation charges as mentioned above.
- Resort has right to revise I suspend any tariff! Package offered at any point
of time and can refund the advance received.
- 5% Luxury Tax on rooms in all the properties AuIi, Nainital.& Bhimta1.8% Sales
Tax on F & B in all the properties Auli, Nainital & Bhimtal.
